Use of this site
By browsing or ordering from BrumaireShop.com you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction and to use a payment method you are authorised to use.
Products, pricing and availability
Product listings reflect live inventory and may change or sell out at any time. We work to keep pricing and descriptions accurate; where an obvious pricing or description error occurs we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract forms when we accept the order and confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — including for suspected fraud, payment failure or stock error — and will refund any amount taken.
Payments
Checkout is processed by Shopify. BRUMAIRE does not receive or store full payment card details.
Intellectual property
Site design, original photography and copy are owned by BRUMAIRE. Third-party brand names and marks appearing on the site remain the property of their owners and are used descriptively to identify goods offered for resale.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BRUMAIRE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, and our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
