What we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
When you order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: name, contact details, delivery and billing address, order contents and correspondence with client care. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not by us. When you browse we may collect technical and usage data such as device type, pages viewed and referring source.
Why we use it
To process and deliver orders, handle returns and enquiries, prevent fraud, meet accounting and legal obligations, and — where analytics or marketing tools are enabled and you have consented where consent is required — to understand how the site is used and to send updates you asked for.
Processors
Our store, checkout and order data are hosted and processed by Shopify. Delivery partners receive the address data needed to deliver your parcel. Where analytics or advertising tools are active they are loaded through a tag layer and listed in our Cookie Policy.
Retention
Order and transaction records are retained as long as required for accounting, tax and dispute-handling purposes. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the matter and any follow-up.
Your rights
Subject to your jurisdiction, you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and payment data is handled by a PCI-compliant processor. No method of transmission is completely secure; contact us immediately if you believe your order has been compromised.
