Question 1

Are the products on BRUMAIRE genuine designer items?

Accepted Answer

Pieces are sourced through legitimate resale and wholesale channels. We only make claims we can substantiate for a specific item, and we do not publish blanket authenticity guarantees. If you need sourcing detail on a particular piece before buying, contact client care and we will tell you what we can verify.

Question 2

Is BRUMAIRE affiliated with the brands it sells?

Accepted Answer

No. BRUMAIRE is an independent multi-brand retailer and is not an authorised dealer of, or affiliated with, any brand unless explicitly stated on this site.

Question 3

How do I know my size?

Accepted Answer

Available sizes are shown on each product page and reflect live inventory. If a size is greyed out it is sold out. For fit advice on a specific model, contact client care.

Question 4

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Destinations, rates and delivery estimates are calculated and confirmed at checkout before you pay, based on your address and the items in your bag.

Question 5

Can I return or exchange an item?

Accepted Answer

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, model, fit or change of mind. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact Customer Care with your order number and photographs and we will handle it in accordance with applicable law.

Question 6

How is payment handled?

Accepted Answer

Checkout is processed securely by Shopify. BRUMAIRE never sees or stores your full card details.

Question 7

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

A tracking link is emailed once your order is dispatched. If it has not arrived, contact client care with your order number.

Question 8

Do you ship internationally, and who pays duties?

Accepted Answer

We ship to the destinations enabled in our Shopify shipping settings; if your country is not available you will see that at checkout. Import duties and taxes are set by your own country. Where Shopify collects them for your destination they are shown at checkout, otherwise they may be charged on delivery by the carrier.

Question 9

How do I convert my size to US, UK or EU?

Accepted Answer

Use our size guide for standard sneaker and clothing conversions. Individual models can run large or small, so email client care with the product name if you are between sizes and we will measure the piece.

Question 10

Can I get a review request or leave a review?

Accepted Answer

Reviews on BRUMAIRE are only written by customers we can match to a real delivered order, so we invite reviews by email after delivery. We do not publish reviews from anyone who did not buy the item.

Question 11

My size is sold out — can you tell me if it comes back?

Accepted Answer

Stock shown on the site is live from our inventory. Email client care with the product and size and we will tell you whether the piece is expected back and let you know if it is restocked.

Question 12

Can I change or cancel an order after paying?

Accepted Answer

Contact client care as quickly as possible with your order number. If the order has not been dispatched we will usually be able to amend or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Question 13

Do you use a promotional or discount code?

Accepted Answer

Any active code is entered at secure Shopify checkout, where the discount, shipping and taxes are all calculated before payment.
