How we source, what we claim, and what we will never claim.
Our position
BRUMAIRE is an independent multi-brand retailer. We acquire designer footwear, clothing and accessories through legitimate resale and wholesale channels and resell them in our own name. We do not describe an item as authentic, verified or brand-certified unless that specific claim can actually be substantiated for that specific item.
No blanket guarantees
We deliberately avoid site-wide authenticity guarantees, certificate language and third-party verification badges we cannot evidence. Where an item comes with documentation, original packaging, a receipt or a verification record, that is stated on its product page. Where a product page is silent, assume no such documentation is included.
Independence from brands
BRUMAIRE is not an authorised retailer, stockist, agent, licensee or partner of any brand featured on this site unless a partnership is explicitly stated. Brand names, model names and trademarks appear only to describe and identify goods offered for resale. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Condition and description
Items may be new, unworn or pre-owned, and condition is described on the product page. If a measurement, condition detail or sourcing detail matters to your purchase and is not published, ask us before ordering and we will confirm what we can verify.
If you believe an item is not as described
Contact Customer Care with your order number and clear photographs as soon as you receive the parcel. We will review the issue and handle it in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Where a rights holder raises a substantiated concern about a listing, we remove that listing while we review it.
